Whether you’re a beginner, or a regular, you’ll find something to get your heart rate going so come and join in the fun! Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones!
Barre Concept
- Nicky Roch
This increasingly popular exercise regime incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves and technique of ballet. Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning and you will have all of the aspects of a typical barre session.

Dance Base Workout

An ideal way to get fit and have fun to great music. Easy to follow dance movements working on fitness, muscular strength with an all-round cardiovascular workout, finishing with a stretch routine to cool down and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Metafit

Fast, intense 30-45min workout on Mondays at 8pm and Thursday morning at 9.30am. The MetaFit classes at The Vyne will be short, intense but fun classes designed to give you a great workout in a short space of time. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness as you are encouraged to work at a level you can sustain and build up over time

Pole Attack

Pole Attack is a fantastic way to keep fit and have fun. It is seriously addictive so no chance of getting bored or uninspired by the gym. Pole Attack is a unique way of exercising both your anaerobic and aerobic systems, by the creation of the combination of spins, holds, tricks, transitional moves, aerobics, floor work, pilates, flexibility and toning to improve all over strength, fitness, confidence and grace.

A range of classes for both body and mind. Choose from stretch, strengthening, flexibility & posture activities to help keep you and your body toned, supple and ready to face the world another day.
Perfect Posture

Suffering from tension headaches and an achy neck? Do you suffer with back pain, hip pain or sciatica? If you have answered yes to any of these questions it is likely due to bad posture. With the correct stretch and strengthening routine these problems could be a thing of the past. Every participant will receive a personal posture analysis to focus on their individual weaknesses. Perfect posture and stretch is a 6 week rolling course focussing on: Neck and Upper Back; Hips, Glutes and Hamstrings; Rounded Shoulders; Core and Lower Back – Pain Relief; Rotational Strength – Injury Avoidance; and, Advanced Flexibility.

Pilates

The Pilates method is designed to restore balance to the body and develop efficiency in movement. The technique is particularly helpful in uncovering areas of imbalance in the body, working to correct this can help to prevent injury. Classes will focus on specific areas individually, whilst also using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum function.

The structured fun pole levels ensure you get the most out of each and every class. We only have small class numbers so you get lots of time on the pole. There are 4 poles each with a safely mat, and a maximum of 8 people per class.

An ideal way to introduce adults to the basics of ballet while incorporating stretching excercises to improve flexibility.

Yoga
- John Grimes
We practise breathing and relaxation techniques combined with the gentle movement of yoga postures. The classes are gentle and designed for relaxation, de stressing and gentle stretching. It is not a strong physical workout and is very suitable for beginners or those who do not want a strong class. Improves your flexibility, sense of calm and energy levels.
