An ideal way to get fit and have fun to great music. Easy to follow dance movements working on fitness, muscular strength with an all-round cardiovascular workout, finishing with a stretch routine to cool down and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fast, intense 30-45min workout on Mondays at 8pm and Thursday morning at 9.30am. The MetaFit classes at The Vyne will be short, intense but fun classes designed to give you a great workout in a short space of time. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness as you are encouraged to work at a level you can sustain and build up over time
